
Welcome to my page, I'm Coach Kev Ramon, the Fruitarian. I help people break free from addiction, disease, and confusion by showing them how to eat the way the Creator designed us to eat. Humans are the only species that eats anything and everything but every species has a diet specific to the species and humans are not an exception. Just as you wouldn't put just anything in your vehicle's fuel tank, we shouldn't put just anything in our bodies. Our failure to acknowledge and align with this is why over 800 million people are suffering from diabetes, over 1 billion people are suffering from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, over 2.3 billion adults and children are overweight and obese, over 850 million people are suffering from kidney diseases, in 2022 there were almost 20 million new cases of cancer, almost 10 million people died from cancer, and heart disease has been the number one killer of humanity for over 100 years.





My story
I used to eat like everyone else, I ate the rotten flesh, blood, parasites and feces everyone calls meat, I drank the cow's milk, I ate at all the traps, what people refer to as restaurants, I ate the candy, chips, pie, cake, etc... I was overweight, about 80 pounds heavier than I am today, I was raising three kids I loved playing with but couldn't keep up with due to my weight, and I had been trying to lose weight for years without success.
After years of failures, I decided to pay closer attention to what I was eating. This is when I began reading ingredients labels and researching the ingredients. I was in disbelief. I learned everything I was eating had ingredients that were linked to cancer, diabetes, heart disease, weight gain and obesity and more. I began eliminating things from my diet and the weight began falling off for the first time in my life. I've been researching what people refer to as food for over 10 years now and I can tell you that the things people call food are not food. Just because you can eat it doesn't make it food.
Why Fruit?
I had never eaten fruit as an adult and didn't consider fruit real food. But I only had one goal and that was to be in the best health I could be in. I understood we did not have to ever be sick, we did not have to die "from something," and all disease was the result of bodily poisoning. After researching the ingredients in the things I was eat and drinking, I realized everything I was consuming was slowly making me sick. The things I was eating had from 10 to 100 or more ingredients and all of the ingredients were linked to some sort of disease. This was the case with everything I was eating. Fruit was the only thing that didn't increase my chances of developing disease and I also discovered fruits are our species specific foods.
Why Fruit Over Flesh
Eating flesh makes you stink. Since I've been eating fruits, I have not worn deoderant in about 5 years. I don't have body odor. Eating fruits showed me body odor is not normal, it is a symptom of a toxic diet. The flesh of a dead animal begins rotting immediately and the flesh in the stores come from animals that were killed days ago, weeks ago and even months ago. Everyone who eats flesh stinks and has to wear deoderant everyday to hide how bad they smell because we are not flesh eaters, we are fruit eaters. Flesh is also categorized as carcinogenic, it's in the same category as cigarettes and asbestos. It's not just a major cause of several types of cancer, it's a major cause of heart disease, diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, alzheimer's, dimentia and more. Plus it's nasty, this is why people cook it and put so many seasonings and sauces on it. Animals that love flesh eat it raw and unseasoned. Humans don't even like the way flesh tastes.


Why Fruit Over Vegetables
For optimal health, whatever we eat should be eaten in its raw, natural state. We shouldn't eat things we don't enjoy in its raw, natural state. This is the way every species in nature eats. I teach what nature teaches, not what man teaches. And when it comes to vegetables, Most people don't enjoy the taste of raw vegetables, without the addition of any dressings or seasonings or other ingredients to make them taste delicious. Vegetables are nasty and visually unappealing in their raw natural state.
Vegetables were never meant to be the main fuel for human beings. They’re not high-energy foods, and they're not hydrating foods. Fruit is pure energy — nature’s gasoline for the human body. Your brain runs on glucose, not greens. Your nervous system thrives on fruit sugar, not starch. If you were wandering in the wilderness and you were hungry and saw a apple tree and a field full of kale, which would you make a meal of? Banana tree or field of brocoli, which would you make a meal of? A Peach tree or cauliflower? Grapes or collard greens?
Why Fruit Over Cooked and Processed waste products
Fire destroys life. Cooking kills enzymes, breaks down vitamins, and leaves your body with dead matter that the immune system has to fight to eliminate. Processed waste, what people call processed food is even worse — it's loaded with chemicals, preservatives, and artificial ingredients that confuses and deceives your body’s natural intelligence. And what we eat isn't supposed to be pre-processed for us. Our bodies are the food processors. When these products they lie about and call food are processed, it's similar to digestion except it's being done by machinery. Living nutrients are extracted to extend the shelf life of the product, and they sell you the waste. It's the equivalent of a bowel movement.
